Peak is built and maintained by one person. There is no support email or live chat. The docs above cover everything Peak does.

This isn't laziness — it's how Peak stays a one-time $19.99 purchase instead of a subscription. The trade-off: you self-serve via docs. We think it's fair. If you need guaranteed support, Bark and Aura offer subscription products with phone/chat support.
